BET staff arrived at the office just like any other day.

We’re pretty used to seeing celebrities, rappers and actors of all kinds in the office, but today was particularly special. We watched men in G-Unit shirts pass us by as we poured our morning coffee and walked to our desks. We knew what that meant… 50 Cent was in the building! We’ve had our eye out for Fiddy ever since we announced his new variety show coming to our air waves this fall. 

Normally, celebrities will pass us by and we’ll have small talk or wave hi – but today 50 Cent was in the office and he’s like no other visitor. ALL day we spotted 50 laughing with employees, promoting his show and jokingly stealing things off our desks and (literally) running with it. What office decor did he like in particular? A huge chess piece, heel tape dispenser and a life-size Nelly body pillow. (He now wants everyone in the office to have one of him.) He promised us that the next time he came to the office he’d bring us new office supplies. And 50 Cent is many things, including a man of his word! He came by the next day and brought us all heel tape dispensers. 50 has been so much fun to hang out with and we cannot wait until the premiere of 50 Central!
