Listen to ‘Poison,’ A New Song By Aaliyah Featuring The Weeknd
After more than a decade, the streets have finally been flooded with new Aaliyah music. The release of “Poison,” a new song featuring The Weeknd, follows Baby Girl’s catalog hitting streaming platforms for the first ever.
Now, via Blackground Records 2.0 and Empire, Aaliyah sounds at home atop a new class of R&B singer-songwriters as “Poison” creates a hot, new buzz for her posthumous record, Unstoppable, which will be released in 2022. With production by DannyBoyStyles (Kiss Land) and Nick Lamb, mixing by Mike Dean, and writing contributions from the Weeknd and the late Static Major, “Poison” is a very exciting record to play on repeat this weekend.
