Gucci Mane Ordered to Pay $60K to Woman He Pushed Out of Car
The other shoe has dropped in Gucci Mane's 2011 battery conviction for pushing a woman out of a moving car. Already sentenced to six months in prison for the incident, a violation of his probation, a judge recently ruled in favor of a subsequent civil suit filed by the victim, leaving Gucci on the hook for nearly $60,000 in damages.
The woman, Diana Graham, sued Gucci for $58,161.24 for medical expenses, lost wages and pain and suffering after she was pushed out of a Hummer for refusing to go back to the rapper's hotel, TMZ reports. A Georgia judge entered a default ruling in favor of the suit because Gucci failed to show up in court.
Though he was sentenced to six months in prison for the incident last September, the "Lemonade" rapper was released that December on good behavior.
