Lion Babe Releases 'Wonder Woman' Music Video

The dynamic duo goes retro in their new clip.

One of music's newest groups is hot and the temperature keeps on rising with new music, amazing style and their latest music video.
New York-based modern funk duo Lion Babe, who previously released "Treat Me Like Fire" and the Childish Gambino-assisted and Nina Simone-sampling "Jump Hi," is now gaining steam and attention from some of music's elite, including Pharrell, who produced their latest single "Wonder Woman."

Now, after debuting the song last week, the sultry, '70s-inspired visual has hit the Internet. While we see the band's producer, Lucas Goodman, a few times, the centerpiece of the video is vocalist Jillian Hervey. She appears as a Black heroine à la Foxy Brown throughout the visual, giving Lion Babe the perfect combination of modern and vintage looks, sounds and sensibilities.
