Remember when we wanted Tristan ‘Third Trimester’ Thompson to acknowledge his first baby, a 1-year-old son,  Prince Thompson, with ex-girlfriend Jordyn Craig? Well, he finally has…but in a disturbing comparison to his infant daughter, True Thompson with Khloe Kardashian.

The Cleveland Cavilers baller got chatty about his kids on Road Trippin podcast Richard Jefferson and Allie Clifton earlier this week and his remarks about the children rubbed some folks the wrong way for their sexist undertone.

“This is the first girl Thompson, female Thompson, so it’s huge,” he said.

“I think with a girl, you’re just so much more emotionally like… with a boy, it’s just like, ‘Hey man, you’ll be all right man. Stop crying,'” he explained. “But [with True], it’s like, ‘True, it’s gonna be okay. You know, we’re right here. Daddy’s here to feed you. It’s me! Look, yeah!’ It’s way different, but it’s fun, though. It changes you.”

This cavalier attitude (no pun intended!) toward his son could also explain why he’s seemingly absent from his life. Tristan, however, did have a lot to say about baby True who he says is “doing good.” “Baby True is eating, sleeping and, uh, s—ing,” he said. “That’s all they do.”

And while we haven’t had the first look at her yet, he did offer this: “She has a full head of hair. She has green eyes,” Thompson revealed, adding that True was born 21-inches long.

As far as adding to the Thompson brood? He says it’s a definite. “I’m going to keep going,” he said. “I’ve got a couple more left in me.” Third times a charm, right?
