Joe Budden And Cyn Santana Make Return To 'Love & Hip Hop' Franchise
It's homecoming season for Joe Budden and Cyn Santana as the two are reportedly set to rejoin the cast of Love & Hip Hop: New York after being away from the franchise for four years.
Variety exclusively reports that the two, who have been romantically involved for some time and share a child together, will join the cast for season nine of the popular VH1 reality series.
Despite them now being couple, Budden and Santana never crossed paths during their respective stints on the reality show.
Although they both appeared on the franchise's fourth season back in 2014, they never filmed together and their storylines never intersected. Fans may recall that Joe's plot centered around his efforts to stay clean in the wake of his 2012 drug relapse following 14 years of sobriety. This resulted in his highly discussed failed proposal to longtime ex-girlfriend Tahiry Jose.
As for Santana, she is mostly known for her dysfunctional relationship, in the show, with ex-girlfriend and newest Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta addition Erica Mena.
Budden and Santana reportedly are not the only additional cast members set to join the likes of Remy Ma, Kimbella, Juju and Yandy Smith on the show's ninth season. More will reportedly be announced at a later date.
