Tamar Braxton Reportedly Considering Leaving Atlanta After Car Burglary
Tamar Braxton says a recent break-in incident outside her Atlanta apartment has left her feeling unsafe, so much so she is even considering leaving the city entirely.
Earlier this week, the "Queen's Court" star shared security camera footage on Instagram, revealing a group of individuals rummaging through her black Bentley parked in the apartment complex's garage. The perpetrators included someone in a grey hoodie, another in a red shirt, someone in what appeared to be a grey shirt, and another in a black hoodie.
In a heart-wrenching caption, the 46-year-old star expressed her shock and vulnerability, stating, "I got robbed. At home. I'm not safe anywhere." She referenced a similar incident in November 2021 when her Los Angeles-area home was burglarized.
Braxton shared, “I had a lot in my car cause I don’t live anywhere cause I’m not safe anywhere or with anyone💔🤷🏽♀️.”
An unnamed source speaking to Page Six described her as "highly pissed and freaked out." The source also revealed that Braxton is considering leaving her luxury apartment building and potentially even Atlanta.
However, that would be difficult considering “she works for Dish Nation, which tapes in Atlanta.”
The “Braxton Family Values” star is discussing with the building's security team to determine how the perpetrators gained access. The source added that she believes there should be some form of compensation for her losses. “[She] feels like there should be some type of compensation for her losses,” the source added.
Two years ago, Braxton's L.A. home was burglarized, with the intruder rifling through her belongings, breaking mirrors, and even flipping her bed while only taking a safe.
