Malcolm-Jamal Warner's 'Biggest Concern' About Cosby Scandal Is the Legacy of the Huxtables
The Cosby Show alum Malcolm-Jamal Warner has kept relatively neutral when it comes to his former TV dad's highly publicized scandal. Now, the actor has come forward, speaking on what he considers his "biggest concern" about the unfortunate events.
According to TMZ, Warner is ultimately saddened that Bill Cosby's sex scandal will affect the legacy of the iconic show. "My biggest concern is when it comes to images of people of color on television and film, no matter what ... negative stereotypes of people of color, we've always had The Cosby Show to hold up against that. And the fact that we no longer have that, that's the thing that saddens me the most because in a few generations, the Huxtables will have been just a fairy tale."
Elsewhere in the interview, he did say that he felt sorry for the women whom Cosby allegedly sexually assaulted.
