Wendy Williams’ Legal Battle That She Is An “Incapacitated Person” Against Wells Fargo Sealed

The talk show host previously responded about the current legal battle against Wells Fargo and the rumors about the status of her mental health.

Wendy Williams’ legal case against Wells Fargo that claimed that she is an “incapacitated person” who needs guardianship has been sealed.

According to Page Six, sealing the file ensures that all relevant documents attached to the case must stay closed for public viewing and will require a court order to access.

“We are concerned about [Williams’] situation,” attorney David H. Pikus wrote in a letter on behalf of the bank to New York Supreme Court Judge Arlene Bluth. “It is our hope that the Guardianship Part [of the court] will imminently appoint a temporary guardian or evaluator to review the situation and ensure that [Williams’] affairs are being properly handled.”
