Beyoncé to Headline Jay-Z's Made in America Festival

Kendrick Lamar and Drake will also perform.

Sorry, struggle rappers. Jay-Z won the week hands down.

On top of releasing “Open Letter,” an impressive song that addresses the controversies over his recent Cuba trip and his latest business move, Roc Nation Sports, Jay-Z is bringing the Made in America festival back to Philadelphia. Organizers revealed the official lineup yesterday.

The two-day festival, which Jay is "curating" in partnership with Budweiser, Live Nation and United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey, will take place on Aug. 31 and Sept. 1 over Labor Day weekend. Jay-Z, who headlined last year, kept it in the family this year: Beyoncé will top the marquee this year, along with iconic hard rock group Nine Inch Nails.

Other notable acts on the long lineup include Public Enemy, Drake, Kendrick Lamar, Miguel, 2 Chainz, Jay’s sister-in-law Solange and A$AP Rocky.

Approximately 40,000 people attended last year’s festival on the Benjamin Franklin Parkway in front of the Philadelphia Museum of Art.

Tickets for this year’s edition go on sale April 17. For more information, go to Madeinamericafest.com.
