Jill Scott married Mike Dobson in June of 2016 and filed for divorce in September of 2017. However, instead of being a grown man and keeping their private life private, Dobson railed against the R&B singer, calling her an "evil woman" and saying, "I told her, she’s from Philly, but I’m from New York, and if you want to try to disgrace me, try to slander me, I can fight dirty." Really, bruh?

MJB married Kendu Isaacs in December of 2003 and in June of 2017 she filed for divorce. However, Kendu quickly got ugly, demanding a ridiculous amount of money for the R&B singer to take care of him. Just recently, he claimed he couldn't get a job and allegedly asked for a whopping $65,000 in monthly spousal support. SMH.

Sherri and Lamar married in August of 2011 and divorced in May of 2014. For years after, Lamar tried to get Sherri to pay child support for a kid he had using his sperm and a donor egg. The baby had no genetic connection to Sherri. Nonetheless, Sherri was ordered to pay $4,100 in child support, but in December of 2016, Lamar filed a court order demanding even more money. The judge shut him down and reportedly had to ask "Sally to be seated in the audience, away from counsel table."

Halle Berry married David Justice in 1993 and divorced in 1997. For years, there were rumors around Hollywood that David physically assaulted Halle, which she never addressed. For some reason, nearly 20 years later, David Justice had time. In November of 2015, he tweeted, "Reading the latest Halle Berry Reports, it wasn't me who hit Halle causing the ear damage. Halle has never said that I hit her. It was a former Hollywood boyfriend (WS) that she told me! #getyourfactsright." David even did an interview with Inside Edition, see above.
You could argue this fight was fair, but then he added, "Yup..Me,Eric,Gabriel and Olivier were all her ‘Knight in Shining Armor’,until it ends..Then we all become the worst guys in history,” Justice wrote. “Only the guys in the relationship with Halle know the real deal there will be another, of course. He’ll be called ‘The Best’ until it ends.” Really, bro?

Janet secretly married Rene in 1991 and divorced in 2000. Soon after, Rene reportedly sued Janet for $10 million, even when they allegedly had a tight prenup. Allegedly, Rene cheated several times, and the song "Son of a Gun" is about him, which included the lyrics, "I'd rather keep the trash and throw you out / Stupid bitch in my beach house? No, I ain't gonna go and act a fool / And be the lead story on the n*gga news / Not me, sucker, Id never be your lover / I'd rather make you suffer, you stupid m*therf*cker."' Damn, Janet!

In 1997, Jennifer Lopez married Ojani Noa and divorced barely a year later. Since then, he has basically made a career trashing Lopez. In 2009, he threatened to release an alleged sex tape of them during their honeymoon and was also about to drop a tell-all book on the superstar. J.Lo got both of these blocked in a court, but Noa is still angry. As recent as last year, Noa complained, “I was looking forward to being with her for the rest of my life. It didn’t happen. She made the choice of her career instead of me.” Let it go, Ojani. It has been 20 years!
