Justin Bieber DUI Trial Date Set for March
A Miami-Dade County judge has set a date to hear the mysterious case of whether or not Justin Bieber was drag racing under the influence in Miami.
According to Billboard.com, the trial is set for March 3, and Bieber's attorneys have already filed a written plea of not guilty to the three misdemeanor charges he faces: a DUI, resisting arrest, and driving with a suspended license.
His arraignment is scheduled for Feb. 14.
Bieber and friend/Def Jam-signee Khalil Shaireff were arrested Jan. 23 for allegedly speeding through a residential area after leaving a nightclub in Miami. Surveillance footage showing the cars driving slowly and questionable police reports will be most likely in his defense arsenal.
