It's a new day for the Real Housewives of Atlanta. After saying goodbye to NeNe Leakes last season, the series is handing a peach to its first transgender cast member, a model named Amiyah Scott.
TMZ reports that Scott will join the shady ladies in the upcoming season. Born Arthur, Amiyah transitioned ten years ago, when she was 17. The gossip site also reports that Scott has been linked with "a number of rappers."
Scott isn't the only newbie to the RHOA family. She'll be joined by Kim Fields, who will also star on the series next season. Sounds like Bravo is pulling out all the stops to fill the ratings hole that Leakes's departure is expected to leave behind.
