Lil Keed’s cause of death has officially been determined.
According to a report by the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner-Coroner obtained by PEOPLE, the Atlanta rapper, who was associated with Young Thug’s YSL Records, passed away on May 13, 2022 from natural causes due to eosinophilia. He was 24.
Additionally, the autopsy report determined it was unclear what caused the condition, which The Mayo Clinic defines as a "higher than normal level of eosinophils" which "are a type of disease-fighting white blood cell. This condition most often indicates a parasitic infection, an allergic reaction or cancer."
