For Friday, Feb. 11, this week’s episode finds us with some freshly-discovered treasures for you, your family, and friends to get into + share with others. It contains a healthy dose of sonic vibes and, of course, something streaming that’s a feast for the eyes.

So bon appétit to all those true savants who are purveyors of content culture out there.

For Listeners Only:

Marzz is an emerging star who has been generating excitement with a fresh take on a familiar subject. The Keep Cool Records signee helps This Weekend to settle into this Super Bowl/ Valentine’s Day weekend with “KMS,” which is short of “killing me slowly,” and finds the young artist crooning about the tumult of young love.

After wowing listeners during BET’s Soul Train Awards, the Louisville, Kentucky lyricist marries unique melodies with the evergreen tale of unrequited love, making “KMS” an apt title for your lovelorn playlists.

If you know that Valentine’s Day is right around the corner, that means that Future Pluto isn’t too far away. The Grammy Award-winning, diamond-certified rapper finally lets loose his new song, “Worst Day,” which marks his first original solo music since 2020.

Originally teased with Dr. Kevin Samuels and Future in a one-on-one session about Valentine’s Day, the song gives classic Pluto vibes with an intoxicating and inimitable flow that gives way to an instantly irresistible refrain. Speaking on the good, the bad, and everything in between when it comes to love, Future “got too many to please” on this track, making his influence known for audiences excited about the ATL rapper’s return.

Houston born and raised singer-songwriter Coline Creuzot is a new and astonishing voice to add to your rotation. Blessed with a dynamic personality and angelic voice, “Sometimes” is a record about being honest with one’s true feelings.

It is a relatable narrative, especially around this holiday SZN, depicting Creuzot as someone missing that special person in your life. With production by Happy Perez (Frank Ocean, Miguel), “Sometimes” is a spellbinding and heart-wrenching number for those love-haters and others pining for amoré.

Watch The Streams:

Netflix is the place to be if you’re not in these streets for all the festivities. Why, you wonder? Well, Love Is Blind is back with a new season. Debuting today, Friday, Feb. 11 — a new journey begins for singles wookin’ pa nub in all the transformative places — sight unseen. If you’re staying indoors and away from all the Super Bowl spreader events, Love Is Blind is the show that’s right up your alley. New episodes will debut weekly.

Acclaimed director Steven Soderbergh is back with another HBO Max movie exclusive, this time starring Zoë Kravitz (The Batman) in the dramatic thriller, KIMI. Kravitz plays a tech worker who is afraid to leave her apartment, while working as an analyst reviewing crime data. But when she thinks she discovers evidence of a crime, she finds herself in the middle of a conspiracy and must overcome her biggest fear of stepping outside. Grab your popcorn and cuddle up for this one that’s now available to stream.

Y’all wanna hear something crazy? Ms. Pat’s new Netflix comedy special is a great date night experience. In the BET+ star’s first hour-long showcase produced by Wanda Sykes and Page Hurwitz, Pat recalls her trap days in Atlanta during the Reagan era, how her multiple hustles stemmed from her mother’s baptism scheme, and more in this Robert Townsend-directed experience. They say laughter is the language of love, and you’ll enjoy Ms. Pat: Y’all Wanna Hear Something Crazy?, which is ready to press play while you’re getting your cuddle on.
