Adrien Broner Unleashes A Violent, Homophobic Rant On Instagram
Welterweight boxer Adrien Broner has no problem airing out his frustrations with homophobia.
He unleashed an explicit Instagram rant issuing what he called a “public service announcement” to gay men.
Broner said, “If any f*g, punk a** n***a come run up on me, trying to touch me on all that gay s**t, I’m letting you know right now—if I ain’t got my gun on me, I’m knocking you the f**k out.”
The threats didn’t stop there. Broner continued, “If I got my gun on me, I’m shooting you in the f**king face, and that’s on God and nem. I’m not playing with none of these n****s. I don’t like gay s**t.”
The boxer’s controversial comments come after a heated exchange with social media sensation Andrew C. Caldwell.
Known for his “I’m Delivert” viral video, Caldwell accused Broner of sliding in his Instagram DM’s and flirting with him for months. The duo went back and forth with posting a series of posts about the alleged exchange.
According to TMZ, Caldwell is reportedly working with his lawyers to see if there is any legal action he can take against Broner.
He has been known to use social media to clear the air.
In 2017, Broner took to Twitter expressing mistakes he made in his personal life and addressed a lack of support from people he believed he could trust. Prior to that, he posted a series of messages alluding to suicide in 2016.
