Bill Cosby reportedly paid Andrea Constand, one of his sexual assault accusers, millions of dollars in hush money back in 2006.

Page Six reveals that the 80-year-old actor/comedian gave Constand $3.5 million after a settlement was agreed upon. In April, Cosby faces a retrial against Constand and three counts of aggravated sexual assault. He could face up to 10 years in prison for each sentence in found guilty.

Back in 2006 Bruce Castor was the Montgomery County District Attorney and he refused to bring charges against Cosby at the time, claiming there were issues with Constand’s credibility and a lack of evidence. Subsequently, Constand settled with Cosby.

In 2016, Kevin R. Steele replaced Castor as DA and doesn’t agree with his predecessor's views on the case. Steele believes Constand’s claim that she was drugged and assaulted by Cosby as well as the stories of the rest of his accusers.

Steele said in court, "That man is a serial abuser. He selects his victims, he gives them an intoxicant, and he assaults them."

Last summer’s trial deadlocked after 12 jurors failed to reach a verdict. Constand, a former basketball player, claims she was sexually assaulted in 2004 at Bill Cosby’s Pennsylvania home after he gave her three blue pills and wine.
