Wu-Tang Clan, 2 Chainz to Perform at Coachella
All eyes are on Coachella yet again, as arguably the biggest music festival in the country announces its 2013 lineup, with hip hop heavily represented.
Last year, rap owned the Indio, California, mega-concert when Dr. Dre headlined, bringing out Snoop Dogg, Kendrick Lamar and an eerily life-like Tupac hologram. It's unclear if such theatrics will be repeated this year, but there's sure to be some great performances.
The Friday shows, April 12 and 19, will feature Earl Sweatshirt, Jurassic 5 and Aesop Rock, and will be headlined by The Stone Roses and Blur.
The Saturday shows (April 13 and 20) will have an even heavier rap presence, with performances by 2 Chainz, Danny Brown, El-P, Pusha T, Theophilus London and Action Bronson, and will be headlined by French rock band Phoenix.
The Sunday shows (April 14 and 21) will feature Wu-Tang Clan, and will be headed by the Red Hot Chili Peppers.
See you in the desert.
