Though they're currently estranged, it seems as Blac Chyna is continuing to get under Rob Kardashian's skin as, according to reports, that photo she recently took with Lamar Odom has the reality star in a panic.

According to Hollywood Life, Rob is a paranoid wreck after seeing the photo that now went viral.

"He's a very emotional guy — seeing Lamar with his ex is like a knife in the heart," a source reportedly told the site. "Rob can be very paranoid at times and this has got his head spinning out of control. He's imagining all the things they're talking about and plotting behind his back."

Lamar was famously married to Rob's sister Khloé and even spoke candidly about the demise of their relationship, recently, admitting that she would oftentimes see him abusing drugs. While he was wedded to the reality star, Lamar formed a brotherly bond with Rob, which was well-documented on the family's reality show, Keeping Up With the Kardashians.

Rob is reportedly panicking as he "is convinced that Chyna is going to get Lamar on her side and find a way to use him to her advantage in the custody case."

The source went on to add that Lamar "has seen Rob at his very worst. He has a lot of dirt on Rob."
