President Obama is fast becoming the world's first selfie commander-in-chief. On Sunday, Malaysia Prime Minister Najib Razak asked Obama to pose for one with him which the foreign leader then posted on Twitter.

"My selfie with President Obama," read the tweet.

But there was no such luck for 13-year-old Mika Taylor, who lined up with her friends during the president's visit to the U.S. military base in Seoul, South Korea, holding a sign that read: "Mr. Obama, May [I] have a selfie with you?"

Obama declined her request, ABC News reports, because if he did it for her, others would expect the favor as well.

“Just take a picture of me as I’m going by,” he said, according to CBS.

So far, the president has made headlines for selfies posted with British Prime Minister David Cameron and Danish Prime Minister Helle Thorning, Red Sox slugger David Ortiz and Vice President Joe Biden.

Is being rich and/or famous the criteria for getting a selfie with the president?
