‘Joseline’s Cabaret’ Dancers File $25 Million Assault Lawsuit Against Joseline Hernandez
Four women who say they were dancers on Joseline’s Cabaret filed a $25 million assault and battery lawsuit accusing reality TV star Joseline Hernandez of attacking them while filming the show’s reunion episode in March, TMZ reported on April 16.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the dancers accused Hernandez of ambushing them on set. They showed up wearing heels to the reunion taping, but Hernandez wore hard-bottom boots when she attacked them.
One plaintiff alleges that Hernandez kicked her in the ribs. Another one claimed the reality star kicked her in the back and dragged her by the hair. A third dancer accused Hernandez of pushing her to the ground and grabbing her neck, and the fourth woman said she was shoved by Hernandez.
The lawsuit claimed that Hernandez repeatedly used the phrase “Gucci gang” as a signal for the premeditated attack. It was a phrase they said that she included in a social media post with a picture of the shoes she wore during the ambush.
