Kanye West Was Shooting The Video For "Waves" In Scotland Over The Weekend
The Life Of Pablo is now fully released (maybe), but visuals for the project have been scarce up until this point.
Rumors have it that Kanye West has been shooting the video for “Waves” over in Scotland and during his time there he’s been nothing but professional. While staying at the Skeabost House Hotel, ‘Ye was described as the perfect guest.
"Kanye was the perfect guest -- charming, courteous and polite," Anne Gracie, the hotel’s owner told the Daily Record. "We were delighted to offer him and his companions our usual Highland hospitality and would welcome him back any time." West and his team reportedly took up half of the country hotel’s 14 rooms while shooting. It’s unclear as to why they chose that particular hotel to stay.
A spokesperson for the hotel divulged a few more details about Yeezy’s activities at their residence including the shock the hotel staff incurred upon his arrival.
"It was all very exciting. The reservation, which included one room for Kanye, then one for his stylist and others for the video team had been booked out a few days in advance," the spokesperson said. "The staff at the hotel were told a high-profile celebrity was coming to stay but no one knew exactly who until Kanye arrived and it was a total surprise... Kanye and his team are thought to have arrived by private jet into Inverness Airport on Sunday and then drove to Skye where they checked in at Skeabost House Hotel very late at night."
The staff also described ‘Ye’s daily activity including his eating habits, which they described as not “fussy.” They also said he was exhausted after returning from his video shoot. Kim Kardashian was reportedly “elsewhere” during Kanye’s stay on the Isle of Skye.
