Foxy Brown Plans $100 Million Dollar Lawsuit Against NYC
Foxy Brown may be back in court again, but this time the Brooklyn MC will be on the plaintiff side of the room rather than the defendant. According to the NY Post, the rapper plans on suing the city for $100 million dollars, says her lawyer Salvatore Strazzullo.
Earlier this week, a judge threw out charges against Fox Boogie, whose real name is Inga Marchand, for allegedly mooning her neighbor. Brown's lawyer Salvatore Strazzullo says the charges were "malicious" and that the ADA's office should have never gone after his client. "Do we want our tax dollars going for this?" he said, in addition to saying the city had the audacity to file a suit against Foxy "with school budget cuts."
The case has yet to be filed, and a rep for the city's Corporation Counsel said they "have not seen any legal papers."
