TV host Robin Roberts will be pulling double duty this Friday. Besides her work on ABC's "Good Morning America," she will be the guest announcer during a special event in Nashville to promote research about breast cancer.

It will beheld at the Grand Ole Opry - and during the event, the Opry's red barn backdrop will be changed from red to pink in support of breast cancer research.

Roberts was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2007.

She has also written a book, "From the Heart: Eight Rules To Live By," which chronicles her experiences since being diagnosed.
