Birdman Is Being Sued Again

This time its coming from producer DVLP.

Birdman is on the receiving end of another lawsuit, according to TMZ.

Producer DVLP, who has worked on Lil Wayne's Tha Carter II, III and IV, is seeking $200,000 after Stunna has failed to pay up. DVLP’s name is on big singles like “Fireman” and “Blunt Blowin’,” as well as “Post Bail Ballin’” off Free Weezy Album. DVLP isn’t only suing for his work on Wayne’s album, but with other artists as well.

The crazy thing about this latest lawsuit is how Birdman is keeping DVLP at bay. In a series of text messages that TMZ obtained, you can see how he deals with these kinds of situations. No wonder producers get mad.

Stunna is currently suing Tidal for $50 million because they streamed Wayne’s FWA without his consent. He certainly has his hands full.
