Nicki Minaj Makes Billboard History
Nicki Minaj is adding impressive feats to her resume at a dizzying speed.
The Harajuku Barbie has reportedly made Billboard history by become the first female rapper to release seven songs on Billboard's Hot 100 chart in the same year.
Though she's featured on most of the entries, Minaj's sales in 2010 amount to 4,298,000 units. "Your Love," her only single to chart, sold 755,000, according to Nielsen's Soundscan. Meanwhile, she sold 1,246,000 by featuring on Ludacris' "My Chick Bad," 519,000 for Lil Wayne's "Knockout," 518,000 for Trey Songz's "Bottoms Up," "508,000" for Usher's "Lil Freak," 377,000 for Sean Kingston's "Letting Go (Dutty Love)" and 355,000 for Jay Sean's "It Ain't the End."
Nicki's ultimate test comes when her highly anticipated debut album, "Pink Friday," hits stores November 23.
