Miami Heat Recreate Martin Theme Song in Epic Fashion
Sports teams turning back the hands of time and hosting '90s nights aren't anything new.
But the Miami Heat totally outdid itself earlier this week, using some of its star players to recreate the theme song of Martin Lawrence's hit TV show Martin, which aired from 1992 to 1997.
The recreation clip begins with a grinning Amar'e Stoudemire, before introducing Chris Bosh, who takes the lead, striking a bunch of goofy, silly faces, and breaking out in a brief dance. Only Bosh, man.
All-Star guard Dwyane Wade, pulling off the '90s look with a hat turned backwards, helped add some charisma to the clip, as does forward Udonis Haslem.
Heat players Chris Andersen, Josh Richardson and Tyler Johnson also make cameos.
Salute for the Heat on a job well done, although they're far from the only ones recreating the iconic show's theme song.
Last summer, Big Sean recreated the Martin theme song for his "Play No Games" video, featuring Chris Brown and Ty Dolla $ign, even earning respect from Lawrence himself.
What will Marty Mar think about the Heat's take on it, though?
