Summer '16 is turning out to be a very productive one for Drake. Along with his tour, his beef with Joe Budden, and a bunch of features on other artist's tracks, Drizzy has still somehow found a way to start working on a new mixtape.

During a Summer Sixteen tour stop in Kansas City, Missouri, Drizzy took a brief pause to announce that the mixtape is on the way.

"I want you to protect yourselves and each other," Drake said to the crowd. "When I go and work on this new mixtape and come back to Kansas City and I drop this sh**, I wanna see everybody in this motherf***er boy!"

No additional news, or any concrete information yet on when this new mixtape will drop, but just knowing that new Drake is already on the way puts us in a better mood.
