Did Khloé Kardashian Use a Racist Term on Her Instagram?
Khloé Kardashian is in hot water again thanks to a controversial Instagram caption. The reality star sparked a screaming match among her followers when she posted a pic of herself and her BFF Malika Haqq with the caption, "We're best friends!! We're happy! We're singing! And she's colored! (Malika wrote this caption) give me a high five!!!"
Of course, the term "colored" had a lot of people up in arms. "PSA: No matter how much black d**k you and your sisters have had, it's NEVER ok to say that word (INCLUDING QUOTING). Just go away already jesus," wrote one follower, while another demanded, "delete it NOW." Some stood up for Khloé and Malika, saying that, apparently, Malika wrote the caption and not Khloé. It took several hours for someone to point out the words are actually the lyrics to the Wayans Bros. sitcom theme song:
Khloé hasn't addressed this particular controversy on social media just yet, so we're guessing she's unbothered by the chatter. Besides, looks like she was too busy this weekend hanging — and perhaps rekindling a romance? — with her husband Lamar Odom. The two were spotted having an intimate steak dinner on Friday night and then attended Easter service looking very much like a family on Sunday. Is someone trying to get that old thing back?
