42 Dugg Arrested After Failing To Surrender To Federal Agents
The rapper is set to serve a six-month sentence for a previous charge.
Rapper 42 Dugg was arrested this week after failing to surrender to federal agents to serve his six-month sentence according to The Detroit Times.
The sentence comes from his previous offense back in March 2020 for possession of a gun as a felon and was arrested again in August 2020 for evading the police.
42 Dugg and his legal team entered plea negotiations for the gun charge last year, which carried a maximum sentence of 10 years. However, a judge revoked his probation soon after and gave the rapper a six-month sentence in jail and two years of supervised release.
The rapper could potentially face up to five years for failing to surrender on April 12th.
