Hip hop's rising stars are the focus of The Source magazine's upcoming issue, with 2 Chainz, Mac Miller, Tyga and Kendrick Lamar starring in a special cover story.
Titled "Hey Young World," the story zeroes in on "four very different artists bringing their unique brand of hip hop to the youth."
Mac Miller and Kendrick Lamar had break-out years last year with their much talked about releases Blue Slide Park and Section.80, respectively. This year Young Money's Tyga and Atlanta's 2 Chainz — formerly Tity Boi of Playaz Circle — are poised to make a mark with solo LPs of their own.
The February/March issue of The Source hits stands February 21.
