Jim Jones "A Little Disappointed" In His Label
On Tuesday (April 5), Jim Jones released his fifth studio album, Capo, on E1 Entertainment. But in an interview with radio personality Miss Info, Jim Jones said that he felt the album was rushed out.
"I’m a little bit disappointed in the way the album came out.... I really really did not want to come out on April 5th,” Jim said. "The album is super dope. This is why I am even more disappointed because if I had the chance to market and promote the album the way I needed to who knows what could have happened."
In expressing his frustration, Jimmy compared his recently released album on E1 to his Pray IV Reign album that came out on Sony. “My last album was at Sony. I got to spend a lot of money over there. I had a fun time over there."
Jones likely won't spend much time dwelling over this letdown, as he's in the studio crafting new material for the much anticpated Dipset reunion album with group memebers, Cam'ron, Juelz Santana, and Freaky Zeeky.
