Tyra Banks is not making many friends at her new waterfront condominium complex, Riverhouse, in the Battery Park City area of NYC.

Page Six says the supermodel and television producer’s multimillion-dollar apartment is undergoing serious reconstruction that’s frustrating other residents.

Banks is reportedly combining four apartments into a duplex. However, construction is six months past schedule ... and so loud that neighbors called the police in protest. Moreover, paint fumes have seeped into other apartments. One neighbor said, “It’s like being on the street when you hear them drilling concrete, but indoors.”

A rep for Riverhouse told the New York Post that construction is “near completion.” Banks was also spotted moving into the building.
