Rick Ross Has Thirsty Rapper Arrested for Trespassing at His Mansion

Come on, Rozay, dude was just trying to get you his mixtape.

Over the last few years, Rick Ross has been involved in numerous bizarre legal situations. Early this year, he was arrested for kidnapping and pistol-whipping a landscaper and now he’s on the other side of the law accusing someone else for their misdeeds.

According to TMZ, the Maybach Music Group headman’s team recently had a rapper arrested for trespassing at his home. Aspiring artist J. Luchiano told the website he got a call from Ross’s lawyer last week to set up a meeting at his office. Luchiano, who had dropped off his mixtape at the Bawse’s doorstep two months prior, thought this was going to be his big break.

That’s when Ross’s legal team pulled the bait and switch and had him arrested at the office shortly after he showed up. According to the police report, Luchiano climbed over the fence of his Atlanta estate and took photos of himself on the grounds, which he posted on social media later in the day.

He was charged with misdemeanor criminal trespassing and was released on $3,500 bail. J. says he's innocent, claiming he went up a side path and did not forcibly enter. Apparently Rick Ross was not involved at all in the matter and was not even home when the whole thing occurred. Slick.
