LaMarcus Aldridge Building Separate House for Sneakers Only
Life is good for LaMarcus Aldridge.
How good? Well, his sneakers are about to have their very own home away from home. Sneakerheads...go crazy.
A month after signing a four-year, max contract worth $80 million with the San Antonio Spurs, the four-time NBA All-Star power forward revealed to Slam Magazine that his massive closet in his new Dallas home isn't big enough to accommodate his sneaker collection, so he built a separate house only for his kicks.
“I just built a house in Dallas, and I put a pretty massive closet in there,” Aldridge told Slam. “I’m in the process of building a separate house behind my house just for shoes, like a showroom.”
Aldridge says his sneaker collection tallies over 150 pairs...and pretty soon they'll have their house.
