Cash Money Unveils Power-Packed Fall Lineup

The Nawlins label is following up Lil Wayne's mega-smash with new LPs from Drake, Tyga, Bow Wow and Baby.

Hear that? It's the sound of champagne popping down in New Orleans, where Cash Money Records is no doubt celebrating their big win with Lil Wayne's Tha Carter IV, which sold nearly a million units its first week. But the iconic label isn't resting on its laurels. Far from it: Cash Money and its subsidiary Young Money are planning to unleash an impressive flurry of bold-face projects this fall.

According to XXLmag.com, Drake is releasing his second album, Take Care, on his birthday, October 24, and all signs point to a repeat of Tha Carter IV's No. 1 debut. Bow Wow’s Underrated will drop on November 1. Up-and-comer Tyga will also drop his sophomore album, Careless World, on his birthday, November 19. Then, just three days later on November 22, Baby, aka Birdman, is releasing his own project, Bigga Than Life. The Cash Money CEO and co-founder said yesterday via Twitter that the album's first single will be “Y.U. Mad,” featuring Lil Wayne and Nicki Minaj.
