Bronx’s breakout femcee Cardi B is ending her winning year in hip-hop on a high note with two Grammy nominations, an icy ring finger courtesy of her fiancé Offset and special support from some of rap’s greatest.

But just because Cardi B is being paid all of her rightfully deserved respect left and right doesn’t mean she’s not returning them, such as with her fellow femcee Rapsody.

Cardi tweeted an enthusiastic cosign for the Laila’s Wisdom artist on Saturday (December 2) after revealing that she heard her music for the first time thanks to someone from her team.

“My road manager put me on to some Rapsody last night and I really really like it!,” she wrote. “It hit the Bardi in me!”

The Bardi Gang leader has been making her fair share of elbow bumps with other leading ladies of rap, such as Remy Ma, Lil Kim and Queen Latifah on the 2017 Summer Jam stage and, more recently, with Nicki Minaj for a collaboration on Migos’ “MotorSport” banger. She hasn’t stumbled upon a face-to-face meeting with Rapsody just yet, but that doesn’t seem very far-fetched after she returned the love back to Cardi thereafter.

“Mad love, sis!,” she responded. “I appreciate you and celebrate you! Love your glow!”
