6 Holiday Cocktail Recipes Guaranteed To Keep The Festivities Lit
The holiday party season is upon us, and what better way to get into the holiday spirit than with some spirits! Whether you’re the party thrower in need of libations that will keep things going all night long or a partygoer looking to bring along some Christmas cheer—we promise these cocktails are IT!
Here are six holiday cocktails from premium liquor brands guaranteed to lift spirits:
BACARDÍ Coquito
This recipe is abuela approved! If you know a Puerto Rican, you know coquito is the ultimate Caribbean holiday libation.
Sidenote: This season BACARDÍ has bottled up a limited edition BACARDÍ Coquito for those too busy to play mixologist.
Ingredients:
- 2 part BACARDÍ Superior Rum
- 3/4 part of evaporated milk
- 3/4 part of condensed milk
- 1 part coconut creme (preferably Coco Lopez)
- 1 tea spoon of vanilla extract
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- Garnish: coconut flakes & cinnamon sticks
Method:
Shake all ingredients vigorously with plenty of ice and strain into a glass mug. Garnish with cinnamon and coconut flakes.
SVEDKA Rosé Holiday
"Rosé all day? How about Rosé all year? Rosé in the summer is obvious, but SVEDKA Rosé keeps things interesting and delicious all year long in this party punch! After all, the holidays are all about sharing right?!” says SVEDKA mixologist Cody Goldstein.

Ingredients:
- 2 oz Svedka Rosé Vodka
- 1 oz Grapefruit Juice
- 1⁄2 oz Rosemary Syrup
- Ginger Beer to Fill
Method:
Add all ingredients except for ginger beer into a collins glass. Add ice and stir. Top with a charge of ginger beer to fill and garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
COSMONAUT
Any Sex and the City fans? If Carrie Bradshaw’s signature drink is your speed, then try this version created by mixologist Sasha Petraske with JAJA Blanco Tequila, which has subtle notes of black pepper and citrus fruit.
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz JAJA Blanco
- .75 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 bar spoonful Raspberry Jam
Method:
Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until chilled, about 15 seconds. Strain into coupe glass.- 1.5 oz JAJA Blanco

BILLION DOLLAR APPLE
This drink combines two of Crown Royal’s whiskies, Crown Royal Regal Apple and Crown Royal XO, for a crisp apple flavor packed with punch. Yum!
Ingredients:
- 1 oz Crown Royal Regal Apple
- 1 oz Crown Royal XO
- 1 oz infused sweet vermouth
- .5 oz homemade grenadine
- .5 oz fresh lemon juice
- .5 oz cranberry juice
Method:
Add all ingredients in the shaker filled with ice. Shake it very hard and double strain in coupe glass; garnish with a maraschino cherry.

Ingredients:
- 6 oz bourbon
- 2 oz spiced pear cordial
- 12 drops (not dashes) cardamom extract
- 8 oz sparkling wine
- 8 dashes (not drops) holiday pie bitters
- 6 pineapple rings
Method:
Add the bourbon, cordial and extract to a small punch bowl or pitcher over 4 to 6 large-format ice cubes and stir vigorously. Slowly pour in the sparkling wine to preserve the bubbles. Add the holiday pie bitters and float the pineapple rings on the surface of the punch. Serve the punch into separate glasses, with a pineapple ring in each one.
Southern Sleigh Ride

Ingredients:
- 2 parts Maker’s Mark
- ½ part Orgeat (almond syrup)
- ¼ part gingerbread syrup
- ½ part Cointreau
- Juice from a whole lime
Method:
Combine all. Shake cold. Strain into rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with mint sprig.
