Watch This 7-Year-Old Slay A Rendition of Al B. Sure’s ‘Night And Day’
Music has the power to inspire so many different people of all ages, and that notion once again played itself out recently.
Miles Music Kid, known for his piano skills and beat making, recently posted a video of himself playing the piano and singing along to Al B. Sure’s hit “Night And Day.”
“Since turning 7, Miles has been starting to get more into piano 🎹 (even more so than guitar! 🎸),” the caption of the post on Instagram reads before going into a short explanation.

“Some months ago, Miles saw @Questlove post a video of @OfficialMeshell playing a cover of @officialAlBSure’s classic, ‘Night And Day’ live at @BlueNoteNYC – and Miles was instantly hooked… on both versions actually, but he mostly likes to play his own rendition.”
Many in the comment section, including the famed singer/songwriter who commented “Young Miles” accompanied by celebration emojis, were impressed.
“Lil bro will carry the music industry on his shoulders at 10,” one person wrote. “I wasn’t around for Mozart, so being around for Miles is redemption ❤️,” another commented.
Other videos on Miles’ IG page show him playing an array of instruments to classic songs, including “Valerie” by Mark Ronson and “Girl” by The Internet and Kaytranada, among others.
