Damon Dash Loses Custody of Daughters to Rachel Roy
Damon Dash's latest decision may have cost him big time as he has officially lost custody of his two daughters to his ex-wife, Rachel Roy. According to TMZ, the mogul didn't show up for a court hearing, causing him to miss out on the news that Roy has been awarded sole legal and physical custody of 15-year-old Ava and 6-year-old Tallulah.
Dash, who wanted full custody of the girls, claimed Roy drove drunk with one of the girls in her car and threatened to cut him with a knife. On the other hand, Roy claimed that Dash smokes weed around their children and has strange women in their presence. During the hearing, the judge ruled in Roy's favor, granting Dash supervised visitation.
Roy also got another one of her wishes while in court: a three-year restraining order against her ex-husband.
