Blac Chyna Reflects On 10 Months Of Sobriety
Blac Chyna, who recently reclaimed her given name Angela White, has been on a remarkable life-changing journey over the last year.
The 35-year-old model and entrepreneur deactivated her wildly successful OnlyFans page, enrolled in school, and embarked on a spiritual journey. She has also had several procedures to reverse cosmetic procedures to her body and face.
She has also revealed that she is 10 months sober.
"Happy 10 months sober, clean eating, working out, staying in the word(bible), healing my mind, body and soul," she captioned a video on Instagram. The mom of two smiled at the camera while glowing in a lavender ensemble and wearing a wig from her own venture, Hearts Pure Brand.
In March, she told Jason Lee of Hollywood Unlocked that she was turning over a new leaf. “I’m just changing everything about me,” she explained, according to Page Six. “It’s a dead end," she said of her former life. "All that stuff is a dead end, and I know that I’m worth way more than that.”
Earlier this month, Chyna received an honorary degree in Humanities from the Sacramento Theological Seminary and Bible College.
“Thank you Sacramento Theological Seminary and Bible College for my honorary ‘Doctorate of Humanities,’” she wrote an IG post. “The degree of Doctor of Humanities is an honorary degree awarded to those who have distinguished themselves through humanitarian and philanthropic contributions to society.”
Chyna has also been healing her relationship with the Kardashians. She has a 6-year-old daughter with Robert Kardashian Jr., and this week she responded to a comment from his older sister, Khloé, who described herself as a third parent to her niece, Dream.
"Everything is good on both ends, we are all family at the end of the day. Robert and myself are co-parenting the best we can and it's all love and positivity," said Chyna.
"As mentioned, it takes a village to raise a child and I'm happy that Dream has a huge village full of love from both sides, as a mother that's all I ask for."
