Tommie Lee Has A Message For Those Who Are Questioning Her Parenting Skills
Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta star Tommie Lee was recently indicted on several child abuse charges, and since the news broke, the reality starlet's parenting style has come into question, for many.
In light of the many criticisms she's received over the past 24 hours, Tommie has taken to social media to issue a message to those who are counting her out.
According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Tommie — real name, Atasha Chizaah Jefferson — was indicted in Cobb County, Georgia, just last week, on a slew of charges including aggravated assault, child cruelty, battery, aggravated stalking and disrupting a public school.
The charges are connected to an incident dating back to October 2018, which saw Lee, 34, allegedly grab one of her children by the hair and shove their head into a metal locker at a public middle school. The reality star was arrested twice in connection to the case.
As a result of the seven charges, three of which are felonies, TMZ reports that she faces up to 54 years in prison if convicted on all counts.
Fans and critics have taken to social media following the news of her indictment to express their disgust with Tommie over her alleged actions. Their words, however, sparked a reaction from the reality star, who took to her Instagram Story to question those who she claims are hypocritically passing judgment.
"Quick Question do you know you're [sic] child's teachers?" she wrote. "Have you sat down with them this year? LoL Nah don't answer that... How About PTA meetings? Outside of Enrollment have you ever Been inside you're [sic] child's school? You Girls Need to Cut it out!!!"
