Former Star of 'Single Ladies' Convicted of a Truly Disgusting Crime
One of the stars from the hit VH1 show Single Ladies has been convicted of a truly heinous crime.
A jury in Georgia found Harold House Moore, who played Terrence on the show alongside LisaRaye McCoy and Denise Vasi, guilty of child molestation. The actor now faces up to 20 years in prison.
Moore was accused of sneaking into a 15-year-old girl's bedroom and touching her in a 2012 incident, reports the Gwinnett Daily Post. Moore has been out on bond since his initial arrest, and has continued his acting career as he awaited trial.
The actor reportedly testified in court but couldn't explain why the girl would falsely accuse him. His attorney plans to motion for a new trial, and accused the judge of bias. For now, though, Moore's future is looking very bleak.
