Keyshia Cole has filed a lawsuit against a Los Angeles hotel, TMZ reports. Frankie Lons, an alum of VH1's Celebrity Rehab, claims she has suffered "severe and permanent" injuries after an exit sign hanging above a doorway at the Le Parc Suite Hotel fell on her.
Lons suffered the injury back in April, claiming the heavy sign was "hanging loosely" overhead. Lons and her attorney, Michael Marzban, are seeking reimbursement of medical expenses, loss of earnings and unspecified damages. The suit does not specify what injuries Lons suffered as a result of the incident.
Apart from Celebrity Rehab, Lons appeared on the BET reality series Frankie & Neffe and also Keyshia Cole: Family First.
