Two factions of the Ku Klux Klan and 11 of their supporters were ordered to pay nearly $1 million to African-Americans who were attacked during a march honoring the birthday of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., in predominately white Forsyth County, near Atlanta, Georgia.
