Bruce Jenner to Cover Vanity Fair As 'Her'
Bruce Jenner is set to make his transgender debut on the cover of Vanity Fair, TMZ reports. The reality star will be photographed by Annie Leibovitz.
It will be the first time Jenner will reveal his new identity publicly, though his stepdaughter Kim Kardashian said recently that she has seen the former Olympian as "her" and that "she looked beautiful, really beautiful."
The Vanity Fair cover will hit newsstands sometime this summer, around the same time as the premiere of his docuseries chronicling his transition. As for Leibovitz, the famed photographer is a befitting choice for the big reveal, having taken some of the most iconic celebrity portraits in history — everyone from John Lennon and Yoko Ono to Demi Moore's often-imitated nude pregnancy pose.
Jenner's interview with Diane Sawyer, which was the first time he publicly discussed his transition, was one of the most talked-about television events of the spring, leading to an outpouring of support for the decathlete and his family.
