Rasual Butler Wrote This Sweet And Heartbreaking IG Post About His Daughter Just Days Before He And His Wife Died In Horrific Car Accident
Everyone from Dwyane Wade to Shaquille O'Neal, Kobe Bryant and Matt Barnes, to name a few, took to their social media accounts Wednesday to express their heartfelt condolences and memories about former NBA player Rasual Butler, who died in a single-vehicle crash earlier in the day. He was 38. Butler's wife, Leah LaBelle, was with him in their Range Rover when he lost control of the SUV and it crashed and flipped, and she died as a result of the accident, too. She was 31.
As tragic as their deaths are, it's even more heartbreaking looking at Butler's Instagram account. That's because one of the former NBA forward's final IG post was a sweet, touching tribute he wrote toward his daughter.
Part of the heart-wrenching post penned earlier this week had him telling her: "I love you with every single element of human anatomy that allows me to be here in the physical as your father, friend, partner and inspiration for everything driving me to be the ultimate best version of me."
Beautiful, touching words.

Just tragic.
R.I.P. to Rasual Butler and his wife, Leah LaBelle, and continued condolences and prayers to their family.
