She committed to rehab last year after a lengthy battle with substance abuse and it seems like a steady withdrawal from alcohol, along with working out, has produced some major results.

Taking to Instagram, the Love & Hip Hop star presented two selfies of herself over the past 24 hours and she’s looking better than she has in years.

Last September, friends and producers on Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood staged an intervention to try to convince Mari to attend rehab. After initial resistance, the former Roc-A-Fella singer agreed to help change her life.

You could see, at around that time, she was already making some body progress.

Since, she's been inspiring us by her gym rat prowess...
