[Watch] Jon Jones Claims He Was a Victim of Racial Profiling
Late last month, Jon Jones had a heated confrontation with a police officer after the cop pulled his Corvette over for speeding and drag-racing.
The UFC star vehemently denied that he was doing either that March 24 night in Albuquerque, New Mexico, calling the officer a "f****** liar" and a "pig" to his face.
Jones would later apologize, but that didn't stop him from being arrested five days later for violating his probation stemming from a prior hit-and-run incident.
Now, just because he's back to training for his fight against Ovince Saint Preux on April 23 doesn't mean that Jones has forgotten about the incident.
In a lengthy Instagram post Monday, Jones says he was the victim of racial profiling on March 24 and that the arresting officer has had previous complaints about racial-profiling of Black men lodged against him.
To further his point, Jones even attached a video from a local news station reporting on racial profiling.
The Albuquerque Police Department told TMZ Sports that Brown doesn't have any pattern of racial profiling.
But if Jones' allegation is found to be true, would it negate the five citations he received that night?
