After Being Spotted With His Ex in Miami, Lebron Unfollows His Main Squeeze on Social
The Internet could go 0 to 100 real quick on you.
LeBron James knows.
On late Monday afternoon, a fan noticed that King James unfollowed the official Twitter account of his Cleveland Cavaliers.
That led to everyone from Dwyane Wade to media and fans weighing in on the questionable move.
The story had gained momentum to the point that after James notched a triple double (33 points, 11 assists and 11 rebounds) to power the Cavs past the Denver Nuggets on Monday night, the media was just itching to ask him about unfollowing the team.
Once they did, though, let's just say the King wasn't too pleased. OK... he was downright disgusted, ending the media Q&A session right then and there. Peep the look on his face when asked about it.
Obviously, King James wasn't having it.
But the question remains: Why did he unfollow the Cavs' Twitter account anyway?
While media and fans will speculate that he might be hinting toward leaving the Land again, we think it's more along the lines of him getting an early jump on his annual social-media blackout entering the post-season.
Remember, James goes dark on all of his social-media accounts, including Twitter and Instagram, right before the playoffs to eliminate any possible distractions.
That and he doesn't mind trolling every now and then.
Speaking of which, looks like all the attention from this Twitter unfollowing has James contemplating opening a Snapchat account.
